In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By registering for an xo638 Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the Platform from within the Republic of Indonesia.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal prohibition that would prevent you from using online betting services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of xo638 or its affiliated operators.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from xo638 or had an xo638 Account closed due to a breach of these Terms.

To use xo638's betting and gaming services, you must first register for an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold exactly one (1) xo638 Account at any time. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. xo638 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify xo638 support immediately.

KYC Verification: xo638 conducts KYC verification prior to processing a Member's first withdrawal and may request documentation at any subsequent time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Indonesian passport, or Indonesian driver's license. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All deposits to and withdrawals from xo638 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). xo638 does not accept or disburse funds in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are applied.

Accepted Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. xo638 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with notice to Members via the Platform.

Minimum Transaction Amounts:

• Minimum single deposit: Rp 50.000
• Minimum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to the limits stated on the withdrawal page, which may vary by payment method and Member tier.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via local Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account in real time during operating hours. Any deposit that does not reflect in your Account within fifteen (15) minutes should be reported to xo638 support with proof of the bank transaction.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted between 06:00 and 23:00 WIB are processed within under one (1) minute under normal operating conditions. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the commencement of the next operating window. xo638 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your receiving bank or e-wallet may apply their own transfer fees.

Withdrawal Conditions: A Member must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. The withdrawal payment method must match the deposit payment method or the Member's verified identity. xo638 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal it deems necessary to verify.

xo638 may offer various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money funds. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable as Real Money.
• Each Member is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once only, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between Accounts and may not be exchanged for cash directly.
• xo638 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a Member's Account.
• If xo638 determines that a Member has abused a bonus — including but not limited to using the bonus in a way designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or through multi-accounting — xo638 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Wagering requirement multipliers and qualifying games are specified in each individual offer. Unless stated otherwise, live casino games such as live baccarat and live blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%) toward sportsbook and slots bonus wagering requirements.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date and wagering deadline, as stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Member's Account without notice.

All bets placed and games played on the xo638 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product vertical — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or crash and instant games. General rules that apply across all product categories are as follows:

• A bet or wager is final and cannot be cancelled or amended once it has been confirmed by the system, except where xo638 has published specific rules permitting bet-in-play editing for a particular product.
• xo638 uses independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for all applicable game titles. Results produced by the RNG are final.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round or bet, xo638 will resolve the round in accordance with its published technical malfunction policy. In cases where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected stake may be refunded to the Member's Account.
• xo638 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event's result is known, or where the bet was accepted due to a palpable pricing error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per product and per game. Current limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting interface.

Sportsbook-Specific Rules: Odds displayed on the xo638 sportsbook are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xo638 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members in live games — including live baccarat and live blackjack — to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Money laundering: Using xo638 to launder proceeds of illegal activities. xo638 cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your Account.
• Providing false information: Supplying inaccurate, misleading, or fabricated information during registration, KYC, or any other xo638 process.

xo638 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all Members. We recognize that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and we take active steps to ensure it remains so for every Member on our Platform.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any xo638 software or game engine.

xo638 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering for an xo638 Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, customer support, and platform improvement.

xo638 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers directly involved in operating the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xo638 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

• Any unauthorized access to, or alteration of, a Member's Account where such access results from the Member's failure to maintain adequate password security.
• The accuracy or completeness of third-party content, odds data feeds, or live score information displayed on the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, whether or not xo638 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xo638's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arises.

Termination by the Member: You may close your xo638 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be disbursed to your verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days.

Termination by xo638: xo638 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions.
• xo638 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• The Member's Account shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• xo638 determines it is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Platform.
• The Member has not logged into the Account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months (inactive account).

Where an Account is closed by xo638 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at xo638's discretion, following a review of the Member's activity.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to xo638's operating jurisdiction.

xo638 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated betting platform. It does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the xo638 Platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.

Any dispute between a Member and xo638 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or mediation shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
